Or we have used it as a dry rub on chicken and steak to make delicious burritos, tacos, tamales, tostadas, stews and more.

Ingredients: New Mexico Chile, dark chili powder, New Mexico chile de ristra, sesame seed, almond, tomato, pepitas, chipotle, onion, garlic, black pepper, cocoa, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, clove, allspice
Make Molé Sauce in an instant:
warm 2 table spoons of oil into a sauce pan on medium heat
add 4 tablespoons of instant molé and stir to incorporate for 1 minute
Then slowly stir in 1 cup of water and allow to simmer until you achieve your desired consistency*
