The Munching Box Pumpkin Spice Latte is so much more than a drink mix! We use it in breakfast bars, cheese cakes, creme brulee's, ice cream and so much more!
And so here is an easy banana bread recipe with such a delicious twist!
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup melted and cooled butter
2 mashed bananas
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 1/2 cup flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 TBSP I Heart Pumpkin A Latte
Preheat oven to 350, grease and lightly flour a 9x5 loaf pan and set aside.
In one bowl whisk your sugars, eggs, butter, bananas, and pumpkin puree.
In another bowl whisk together your flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and The Munching Box I Heart Pumpkin A Latte spice blend.
Add your dry ingredients into your wet ingredients and mix with a rubber spatula until combined.
Pour into your prepared pan and pop in the oven for about hour, checking with a toothpick after 50 minutes.
Let cool for 15-20 minutes before taking out of the pan and cooling completely.
Serve with a pat of butter, or whipped cream, or chocolate syrup or even a cup of The Munching Box I Heart Pumpkin A Latte!
