Jamaican Jerk Country Style Pork Ribs

Jamaican Jerk Country Style Pork Ribs

This is it, I've finally made the best country style pork rib recipe yet...for me, and hopefully for you too.

Ingredients:

1.5 lb boneless country style pork ribs (approximately 6 ribs)

1/2 diced yellow onion

2 TBSP broth (I only had vegetable broth on hand)

1 TBSP soy sauce

1 TBSP maple syrup

1 TBSP raspberry preserve

2 TBSP The Munching Box Jamaican Me Hungry spice blend

Directions:

Rinse and pat dry your ribs

Add onion, broth, soy sauce, maple syrup, and raspberry preserve to crockpot, set on low. Place your ribs crisscross in the pot, sprinkle The Munching Box Jamaican Me Hungry spice blend over all of the ingredients.

Cook on low for about 7 hours.

I served it with long grain white rice (great for soaking up the amazing sauce) along with fresh green beans and bacon.
