Chimichurri Baked Salmon


SO EASY! We put in all the hard work so you don't have to, but it still tastes and looks like you did!

Ingredients:

2 fresh salmon fillets without bones and with or without skin (it will easily come off after baking), approximately 6 OZ each.

2 TBSP The Munching Box "Chimi Slickers" (Chimichurri Sauce Mix) 

2 TBSP olive oil

2 TBSP warm water

 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400.

In a small bowl mix together 2 TBSP The Munching Box Chimi Slickers chimichurri spice blend, 2 TBSP oil of your choice (I used EVOO) and 2 TBSP warm water.

MIx together and let rest for 5 minutes to let all of the dehydrated citrus and vinegar work their magic.

Rinse and pat dry the salmon fillets, place them in a glass baking dish and pour the marinade over the fish. 

Cover the baking dish with foil and place on middle rack, cook for 20 minutes or until opaque and flakey or until the internal temperature reaches 145.

Roasted broccoli was a perfect accompaniment.
