Honey Sriracha Baked Salmon Recipe
1.5 lbs salmon filet (weight may vary, adjust remaining ingredients accordingly)
Place salmon on a baking sheet with parchment paper
Preheat oven to 350°F
3 tbsp The Spice is Right (sriracha powder)
3 tbsp water
3 tbsp honey
Then warm the sriracha, water, honey mixture in the microwave for about 10 to 15 seconds, just to melt the honey.
Stir to combine, then pour over the salmon in an even layer
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes (depending on how you like your salmon cooked. 15 minutes for medium and 20 will be cooked all the way through)
Serve with rice and vegetables
