Whether you prefer sweet or savory this spice goes both ways. Our Jamaican Jerk has a medium spice level that revs up any dish with it's exotic blend of 16 herbs and spices. So whip out your favorite meat or veggies and get to jerkin!
Cut 1 lb of chicken into cubes and marinate in 1 tbsp of Jamaican Me Hungry, juice of 1 lime and 1 tbsp of oil for at least 1 hour. Slide onto some skewers, alternating chicken with pineapple chunks, peices of onion and bell pepper. Then grill on medium heat until the chicken reaches 165°.
Pineapple pico de gallo:
Cut up pineapple, jalapeno (or scotch bonnet peppers), cilantro, red onion and tomatoes
Then season with Jamaican Me Hungry until it reaches the desired heat and saltiness.
