Chimichurri Baked Salmon

SO EASY! We put in all the hard work so you don't have to, but it still tastes and looks like you did! Ingredients: 2 fresh salmon fillets without bones and with or without skin (it will easily come off after baking), approximately 6 OZ each. 2 TBSP The Munching Box "Chimi Slickers" (Chimichurri Sauce Mix)  2 TBSP olive oil 2 TBSP warm water   Directions: Preheat oven to 400. In a small bowl mix together 2 TBSP The Munching Box Chimi Slickers chimichurri spice blend, 2 TBSP oil of your choice (I used EVOO) and 2 TBSP warm water. MIx together and let rest for 5 minutes to let all of the dehydrated citrus and vinegar work their magic....

Pan-Seared Berbere Tilapia

Tilapia is such an easy and quick fish to cook that takes on whatever flavor you chose, which of course for me, is The Munching Box Berbere Today,  Gone Tomato! It's so quick and so easy that the only real effort you have to put forward is to have the tilapia rinsed and dried. Ingredients: 4 Tilapia Fillets Olive Oil Spray 1 TBSP Olive Oil 1 TBSP Berbere Today, Gone Tomato  Seasoning Directions: Rinse tilapia with cold water, pat dry, spray a light coat of olive oil spray and then rub with Berbere Today, Gone Tomato Seasoning.
