Chimichurri Baked Salmon

SO EASY! We put in all the hard work so you don't have to, but it still tastes and looks like you did! Ingredients: 2 fresh salmon fillets without bones and with or without skin (it will easily come off after baking), approximately 6 OZ each. 2 TBSP The Munching Box "Chimi Slickers" (Chimichurri Sauce Mix)  2 TBSP olive oil 2 TBSP warm water   Directions: Preheat oven to 400. In a small bowl mix together 2 TBSP The Munching Box Chimi Slickers chimichurri spice blend, 2 TBSP oil of your choice (I used EVOO) and 2 TBSP warm water. MIx together and let rest for 5 minutes to let all of the dehydrated citrus and vinegar work their magic....
